Lloyd is being a hypocrite again.
Context is Kim making a reply to the Parody account about Amanda Blackett feeling in debt to Lloyd for him “being there” for her after a family tragedy. Lloyd was taking advantage of vulnerable people per Kim and that was his reply.
Imagine being a CSA survivor like New In The Truth us and see this pathetic excuse of a man unblock her to leave a reply and then block again so she can’t read it. Who’s the coward? Afraid of New In The Truth and what she might say in response?

A key benchmark will be the issue of Tibor and his continued employment. The 540 Patron goal explicitly stated that he would "explore the possibility of hiring someone to assist with video editing", an obvious reference to Tibor. He's in danger of falling 100 patrons below that goal.
I'd imagine that Lloyd would keep Tibor as long as he can possibly do so due to the bad optics of having to let him go due to decreasing Patrons and the fact he doesn't want to go back to editing them himself. That rant didn't come randomly and he mentioned Tibor's employment for a reason. He can afford him now but I think this is on the assumption his Patrons will start increasing again and soon.
But if/when Tibor gets the axe you will know the sky is falling.

This is the publishing company and the figures are for 2021. So this is book sales only, for which £19K for one year is a good haul if he did indeed sell that many books. This year’s figures are bound to take a hit with all the controversy. Probably why he’s eager to release two more books.
He was claiming losses of nearly the same amount. He probably claimed the losses were from marketing and the trips he took. As we know hookers don’t provide receipts but there are other ways to write that into his “losses”. Look at it as a tax writeoff. That way he can report to the British govt that he only made £569 last year.
The company he keeps for his Patreon donations, YouTube and Google ad revenue is the Croatian entity Ipsilon Media. Kim posted those figures before and it was well over six figures in USD. Add in the book revenue and you can understand why he’s so irritated at his income this year.

There are two directors - Lloyd and Dijana.
Dijana was created as a Director in 2020.
Lloyd though is listed as having 75% to 100% ownership.
This looks like something created for tax purposes. They had total assets of £19.87K, but liabilities of £19.3K for a net asset of £569. He probably wrote off marketing costs for the books, travel, book tour costs in order to only have to claim £569 in total income in the UK.

You're missing one key piece of information. There was an ex JW YouTuber (I'd need to find the screenshot) who was a former sex worker (IIRC). Just before the Andrew Gold video she revealed he had sent her text messages bragging about seeing sex worker(s) in Thailand.

There just so many things one can call him on based on his own representations of it. He has given several different accounts of his time in Thailand which should ring more than a few alarm bells. He has been consistent on only one thing: The women (sex workers or otherwise) have all been in their "20s". How does he know that? Not 18 or 19? It seems like he's hiding something. Take this tweet:

So if we are to take him at his word, the woman/girl in the pic is in her 20s and NOT a sex worker. She's either sitting on his lap or his body is pressed up against her from behind - not exactly something a friendly local would allow an unknown foreigner to do. But anyway, there's one woman/girl he met who is not a sex worker.
In the Andrew Gold interview, he disconnects his history of seeing sex workers with those he might have encountered in Thailand.

Taking him at his word, notice the "sex workers" (plural) in his 3 February Facebook statement. He denied seeing them at all in the Gold interview before circling back, saying he "dated" one. The Gold interview which happened little over a month after his FB statement contradicts the contention he saw sex workers at all and then contradicts himself within his own contradiction, saying he dated one. So let's count the women/girls he saw in Thailand, ALL based on what JLE has said or posted on Facebook/Twitter:
He is not being truthful and what has been presented is incontrovertible proof of such. You have to ask why he's being so evasive with the facts about his Thailand trip? What is he hiding? He is VERY careful to suggest they all are in their 20s. But he also at various times claims they did not exist.

A close friend told me about a meeting a few years back in the United Kingdom where Lloyd was not invited at first, but begged to be part of the meeting.
You have some of the details right. It was Steven Hassan’s “Undue Influence” symposium. And you know what you know because it was Marc Latham at the bottom of the stairs.
It was circa 2014 and he was a relatively new activist. His daughter was very young. It was a few months after she was born and this was either during or shortly after his stint as AAWA president. I think after. He wasn’t earning much at the time and he still had one foot in the translation business and the other foot was starting to get wet with new donations.
Anyway, Marc met him, Dijana and the newborn in the lobby. After Marc warmly greeted them all and was being playful with his daughter, Lloyd got distracted and was more worried about making it to the conference and setting himself up as a speaker. So he left Marc, Dijana and the baby in the pram down in the lobby and darted up the stairs. This place did not have a lift from the lobby to the floor where the conference was. So when Marc realised that Lloyd wasn’t coming back, together with Dijana they carried the pram with the baby in it up the stairs.
Upstairs, Hassan was sitting at a conference table with chairs behind it. He agreed to let Lloyd sit behind it with him along with others but Lloyd insisted on using a podium like he did as a Kingdom Hall elder. He didn’t get what he wished for as this was Hassan’s event, so he sat there behind the table with a sour look on his face. When he started speaking no one could get him to shut up and he practically hijacked it. It was effectively the start of his activism career.
It was also the last time he saw Marc on friendly terms. In 2015 the COC copyright theft scandal happened and Marc found himself on the outs with Lloyd. In one of his trademark FB rants, after disowning Marc as a friend and falsely claiming Marc was an evangelical fundamentalist out to discredit him due to his atheism, Lloyd clutched more than a few pearls saying he remembered Marc giving him a great bear hug the last time they met.

I think he thought of all people I would be cool with him and back him up. When I didn't and knew his game it was the ultimate betrayal.
He treats Jill Adams with the same sanctimonious bullshit only that he disguises it carefully so that he doesn’t look to be bullying a woman. I agree that he was counting on you being an ally, and especially Jill, who had as recently as December 2021 helped him with his cancelled UK meetup. Jill even lost the deposit on the location.
Him calling you a pornographer is rich especially since he’s currently accusing many exJWs of judgementalism and of being sexual prudes. Also as a longtime pornography consumer, I don’t get why of all people HE is taking issue with YOU. Yes you are a critic of his, but him preaching about your past rings about as hollow as a heavy smoker blaming all their health problems on the Phillip Morris Tobacco Company. Had you taken his side he’d be defending your past profession with vigour.
When he was posting here he was huge on the bandwagon fallacy and would frequently name drop other posters who agreed with him, especially Paul Grundy. The problem he has run into now and why he’s a bit fucked is there is no longer a bandwagon of any prominence to appeal to. All his remaining defenders make up an odd hodgepodge of poor man’s Cedarites and newbies who are falling for his “Kim’s lies” fallacy. All the real activists have left him and I can’t really think of anyone who has made a YT video defending him besides that Jay the Comedian dingbat. He literally has no one left to collaborate with and this aborted documentary fiasco would have never happened if he had the support team he had as recently as December.
Given his penchant for appealing to the bandwagon fallacy and the content of his recent posts, it’s apparent that he views the possibility of luring his wife back as having intrinsic value to his image rehabilitation. I don’t claim any inside knowledge of the current situation and for all I know she’s back with him already, but a few clues do exist. She evidently has no qualms about being used as a prop on his Twitter posts & he still publicly professes his love for her. Also hidden in that rant he released almost 2 weeks ago was the implication she was still working for him. There’s probably an equal mix of financial reasoning and emotional manipulation & I have my doubts we have seen the end of them as a couple.
